Mental Well Being

Mental health is similar to physical health.

To stay physically healthy and prevent illness, we exercise, eat healthy foods, take vitamins, and get a good night’s sleep.

Like, physical health, you can work to prevent mental illness by living a balanced life.

If you pay attention to your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, otherwise known as your overall well being, you’ll be better prepared to deal with any unexpected problems or events that life brings.
